Spin

Spin celebrates the UCI Road World Cycling Championships held in Wollongong in 2022. Three art poles located in at the race finish line in Lang Park, Wollongong, capture Wollongong’s significant scenic landforms and seascapes particular to various race routes, within sculptural bicycle forms including the wheel, hub, chain and spokes. The pink and white colour palette draws from the UCI street barriers whilst teal green represents the ocean.
