Jane Cavanough worked closely with Landscape Architect Julie Marlerto integrate artworks with the landscape design.  The intent of the wetland interpretative trail was to educate park users about the habitat of the ponds and surrounding landscape.  Consequently the artworks reflect the local flora and fauna, and historical aspects of the area when roamed by aborigines and early white settlement.
